  • Scope Transaction entry, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close in QuickBooks Online — plus cleanup and catch-up (including multi-year), QuickBooks setup, chart-of-accounts design, and custom and consolidated reporting.
  • Responsibility The Book Office does the posting, reconciliation, and reporting. You keep review, final sign-off, and the client relationship — under your firm’s brand through TBO Partner, or alongside your role through TBO Direct.
  • Turnaround Routine entries are completed within three business days and month-end closes within five business days once documentation is received.
  • Quality Control Every deliverable is independently reviewed, tracked with internal scorecards for timeliness and accuracy, and stored in Revver for client-ready delivery.
